Solid Route Accounting™ – Microsoft Dynamics GP Edition is a reliable system that allows transactions to move quickly and accurately into Microsoft Dynamics GP. Solid Route Accounting - Microsoft Dynamics GP creates accurate customer orders, invoices, and received on account transactions at the customer site, so you can spend your time on more important elements of your business.

How it Works:

Solid Route Accounting™ - Microsoft Dynamics GP Edition works in three simple steps:

1. Your mobile sales force processes transactions with handheld computers
2. Transactrions appear in Microsoft Dynamics GP just as though they were created there in the first place.
3. Once authorized, customer accounts, accounts receivable, and inventory are updated and ready to use for sales, accounting, inventory management or management reporting purposes.

• Mobile Computers: To run Solid Route Accounting™, you may use either Windows Mobile or Palm OS mobile computers, or even mix or match them within your company. At Solid, we have approved the following mobile computers for compatibility with our Solid Route Accounting™ system: industrial grade computers (Janam XM66, Opticon H19), and consumer grade computer (HP IPAQ).
• Mobile Printers: If you wish to print invoices in the field, you will require a mobile printer. At Solid, we strongly recommend the use of an industrial grade printer (Datamax-O'Neil Apex 4, the Datamax-O'Neil 4te or the Datamax-O'Neil 8i), which have been approved for compatibility with our Solid Route Accounting™ system. Solid also approves the consumer grade HP Officejet h470wbt printer, where you are looking for a more economical option.
