How it Works

Solid Route Accounting - Enterprise Edition works in three simple steps:

1. Setup your customers, products, prices, and mobiles in Solid Route Accounting.
2. Your mobile sales force processes transactions with handheld computers.  Upon return to the office, they simply press a button causing transactions to instantly synchronize with Solid Route Accounting.
3. Finally, use the information within Solid Route Accounting for sales, accounting, inventory management or management reporting purposes.

• Scalable: The system has the ability to grow as your company grows. Up to 999 sites per company can be combined to perform any combination of fixed, mobile, or hand-held operations.  Each site can have up to 99 workstations conducting simultaneous operations.  Warehouses can act as a site, and there are sections within sites to allow for multiple inventory locations within a warehouse.
• Efficient: It's fast and easy to use. Staff can learn to invoice within a few minutes.  Even simple invoices are produced much faster than by hand.  Printing is instant and invoices are saved for future follow-up and bookkeeping use.  Mobile staff can learn the hand-held tracking system in a few minutes.  Stock transfers, inventory counts, and balance forwards are automated to ensure accuracy and improve performance.
• Mobile: Many features of Solid Route Accounting – Enterprise Edition can be extended out to mobile handheld computer devices making your route accounting sales staff much more efficient and productive as well as ensuring that your customers received professional looking and accurate invoices.  Wi-Fi communications and Bluetooth technologies make information exchange and printing a snap.
• A Powerful Management Information System: It keeps business information at your fingertips.  You can easily and quickly recall past invoices and optionally print them.  Transaction history for customers, suppliers, and inventory is instantly available.  Detail and summary reports are available for customers, suppliers, departments, inventory, general ledger, and sites.
